SENIOR
LIVING FACILTIY
Gokul Gaun is a Senior Living
Facility. It is primarily designed for active retirees who wish
to enjoy retirement life by downsizing and by eliminating numerous
chores from their daily life.
ADULT DAY CARE CENTER
Gokul Gaun may offer Adult
Day Care Center. This will help fulfill a great need of seniors
who may seek companionship of their peers during the day but are
willing and able to go back to their homes and families in the evening.
An Adult Day Care Center will arrange or provide round trip transportation,
two meals (breakfast and lunch), interactive activities and resting
facility at a reasonable cost.
ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY
At present there are no plans
to provide Assisted Living Facility. However, the management will
explore the possibility of allocating certain units for such purpose
if it can meet legal guidelines.
NURSING HOME
There are no plans to provide
Nursing Home Facility. Gokul Gaun does not propose to be a Continuing
Care Facility. As an additional service, should the need arise,
Gokul Gaun management will take all steps to secure suitable Assisted
Living and Nursing Home facility for its residents at other reputable
entities in the vicinity at a competitive negotiated rate. Gokul
Gaun can provide food service and some other help, if need be.
Such arrangements will be made
only at the request of the residents and the residents will be responsible
for ensuring payments to Assisted Living Facility and the Nursing
Home.
DEMENTIA CARE CENTER
There are no plans to provide
Dementia Care Facility.
